The end is near for Aliens Ate My Setlist AtV September 16, 2015 News German metalcore band Aliens Ate My Setlist will stop end of 2015, the band posted the following on their Facebook account. Aliens, it’s always hard to spread bad news, and the following was a decision which we took carefully. To make it short: AAMS is going to quit by the end of 2015. There are several reasons that lead to this step but there are two things that influenced our decision the most: Since Nick and David left the band early 2014 we felt a rising lack of creativity and faith – two of the most important pillars AAMS was built on. We really did our best to keep AAMS going and of course we still had great times and great shows together, but it didn’t matter how hard we tried – we (especially Hans & Jerry) were missing these important things. We would like to thank everyone who supported us during the last 4 years. Thanks to all hosts, technicians, photographers, bands and of course to every single one of you guys! We’re really grateful to be blessed with such a loyal fanbase! As you may have recognized, it took us almost two years to write new stuff which we’d still love to share with you. We’re going to release our song “Sorry” within the next few days. Also we’re going to play some more shows and we would love to see as many of you guys coming out and support/meet us! We Love you.
